Holiday Plaid Mani

What you need:

Green, dark green, red, white, and gold glitter lacquers

Base + top coat

Thin precision nail art brush

Step 1: Paint 2 coats of the green nail lacquer to the thumb, middle, and ring finger. Paint 2 coats of the gold glitter to the index and pinky finger. This is going to be the base of the look. Let dry completely.

Step 2: With the dark green nail lacquer apply 2 thick lines in a form of an upside down “t”. let dry completely

Step 3: With a thin pointed nail art brush and red lacquer, draw 2 thin lines just aside the dark green, going in the same direction as showed in step 2.

Step 4: Glitter time. With a thin pointed brush, draw 2 thin lines of the gold in the middle of the vertical thick dark green line made in step 2, and across the bottom of the horizontal dark green line. Let dry completely.

Step 5: Final touches. Add 2 very thin & thick lines of white to make your plaid nail art pop and add some dimension.

Step 6: Apply a layer of top coat to each nail to seal in the look.
