A Very Simple, Yet Chic Valentine's Day Manicure

Step 1: With Freshly Manicured nails, apply 2 coats of a black nail lacquer to each nail. Let Dry completely.

Step 2: We’re going for the matte look, so apply 1 coat of a matte top coat over top each nail. Let Dry completely.

Step 3: Dip a pointed nail art brush into a glossy top coat and begin to draw Thick “v” shapes. This will create tiny hearts. You should have something like this.
